20/20 is a workout consisting of 20 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of muscle & core work. Combination of kickboxing, plyometrics, and bodyweight cardio exercises for the first 20 minutes, then 20 minutes of a full body dumbbell strength workout, core work and stretch to finish! Cycle & Strength
Cycle & Strength is an On the Go cardio equipment class taught on a bike but adaptable to any at-home cardio elliptical, treadmill or rower. The cardio/ride will take you through some challenging hills and sprints to really work the lower body, then have the option to get off your bike and go through a strength series of exercises using dumbbells. This is an instructor favorite! Spin bike, elliptical, rower, or treadmill and dumbbells suggested.
Dance & Tone
Dance & Tone is a fun cardio exercise format designed to bring happiness and fitness to all. It’s the perfect format for anyone who likes music and likes to move. Instructor provides an opportunity to grab light weights in your fun dance class to burn more calories and sculpt your body. Perfect for all levels. Light dumbbells optional.
HIIT is a high intensity interval training format designed to improve endurance and strength. The class will consist of alternate periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. Join the fun, burn fat and gain overall total body conditioning. Dumbbells suggested.
HIIT Pilates takes core training to a whole new level! This class combines high intensity intervals with lower intensity Pilates exercises. Heat up and torch calories with full body core focused HIIT exercises with your body in perfect alignment followed with traditional Pilates core training. Dumbbells suggested. Mobility training can improve the range of motion of joints and muscles. It can assist in improving posture and recovery. Mobility training can alleviate 'everyday' aches and pains as well as improve our body awareness. A mat is suggested.

Sit & Be Fit is a positive and energizing class for those who would like to participate in physical activity exercises in a seated manner. Cardiovascular training, basic muscular endurance and flexibility exercises will be performed in a group fitness style class format. All exercises will be performed in a chair.
